Great Work Environment - Accessible Leadership

Pros

One of the best WFH cultures out there, and they pivoted to this new reality instead of holding on to the old ways of doing things. They have also optimized for hybrid work situations. My manager and director were incredibly helpful in my journey, they kept company politics to a minimum so long as you delivered

Cons

The total pay and compensation isn't as high as other companies of it's size

A Wild Ride

Pros

Learned a ton while working here; great perks and benefits. There were times that I would have given it a 5 star rating, depending on what team I was on at the time and what kinds of other shenanigans (or lack thereof) were happening. New ownership/management seems very committed to best practices in software development.

Cons

I worked in the Denver office which closed in May 2014. I understand that this happens in business, but it didn't sit well with me and I eventually left GoDaddy later that year. For much of my time at GoDaddy, a great deal of employee satisfaction seemed to depend on what team you were on and/or what org you were in.
