We understand that our current shift schedule of 12 hour days Sunday-Tuesday (every other Wednesday) or Thursday-Saturday (every other Wednesday) can be both a positive or a negative depending on an individual's needs/wants within their personal lives. We always post our jobs with their shifts and the additional money differential applied so that all candidates can apply to what suits them. We're sorry to hear you felt you lacked managerial support. As we continue our development journey we aim to train our leaders on how to support all members of their staff.
