      Schedule is awesome. Pay is awesome. Working alone is great too

      Pros

      monetary pay, health insurance...but right away you and your life will be the one paying via family, mental and physical health.

      Cons

      TOOOOOOO many to list. If there's EVER a place that needed a Union, it's this nasty, oppressive, mentally unhealthy and exhausting place. Don't buy the big smiles & PR that all Sr. managers promote. I hope Bell reconsiders their investment in this place, or at minimum reconsiders this Sr Mgmt team and some of their current undocumented practices, if they can get terrified people raising a family or needing insurance to say anything.
