They massively lack training and the tools to get your job done. If one department can't do their job they delegate it to another department that is already too busy and doesn't have the time or the training to take the burden on. Ultimately they set you up for failure and when it happens they come to you asking "are you sure there is no negotiating this?" What is there to negotiate? You didn't give me the tools or training to do it!

Free applesauce and yogurt to last you a lifetime.

Cons

MANY years working here and not one pay raise... How does this happen when this has been brought up numerous times to HR and management? That along with several complaints brought to HR about management that were never investigated. Management uses scare tactics, threats and screaming to "inspire" employees to work harder. Very few POC working here (not one AfAm on my team).
