Pros

A company that cares about employees, consumers and the planet. As an employee I feel respected and feel as though I can really make an impact on the company's results. The category we operate in, healthy snacks for kids, is vibrant, fun and challenging. We are a market leader, that has experienced tremendous growth but have lots of potential to continue down that path

Cons

We are lean and at time would love to have more resources (but then again, most places operate that way by necessity).

Pay and benefits are great. Coworkers are friendly and nice.

Cons

No work life balance. Crazy schedule that changes along with surprise 12hr shifts along with scheduled 12hr shifts plus your regular 8s. So if you want lots of o.t. and never planning anything on your days off, go for it.
