      Pros

      I can only speak on behalf of second shift. The people who work on the production floor are very friendly. The building is nice and well kept. They look to fill positions internally first, which is nice. The office staff are friendly too, although they seem quite detached from what is actually going on on the production floor. You won’t get fired if you’re absolute rubbish at your job, but instead will get fired if the supervisor just doesn’t like you.

      Cons

      This company is turning to shambles quite quickly in regard to financial stability and position stability. I can only speak on behalf of second shift. The supervisors and leads are very unprofessional and lazy. They want production workers to help them do their jobs, when they’re the ones who are supposed to be helping us with machine or product malfunctions. Supervisors will tell upper management that you weren’t doing your job if something goes wrong to make themselves look better, rather than supporting you on the floor to fix the situation in the first place. Leads and supervisors brag about getting drunk and DUI’s and such. The production floor will get so hot and humid that it is unsafe to work. Upper management is quite detached from what it’s actually like on the production floor, or they just don’t really care because it doesn’t affect them.
