      - Overall the company is dedicated to success - Hourly team members typically able to do “a lot with a little”

      Cons

      - Dedication without basic competence of the industry or leadership lead to a very poor culture - Hourly morale low due to lack of leadership and focus on the development of employees - No development or training at all levels of employment - High turnover, especially in salaried positions - Many initiatives driven from the corporate level in France, without adequate input from the plants

      Pros

      Super smart and creative team members. I've found everyone to be passionate about what they do and very well organized. The company really takes an interest in promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting the community.

      Cons

      Wish my team members were closer geographically sometimes!
