Pros
I love that there is so much employee pride in our company. It's palpable! The office space is creative, playful and on-brand. We have bright and committed employees at all our sites who model our value of "One Team, One Dream". We have a group of employees (our Spirit Squads) who help us with fun and engaging activities throughout the year. Some of the Spirit Squad activities also include volunteerism, which is very important to me.
Cons
As with every fast growing company, there is opportunity to continually review our processes to ensure we are focusing on value-added work and driving efficiencies.
