      Pros

      The leadership team and employees have a "can do" attitude and a desire to do the right thing for the consumer, customer, and the company. I haven't had a challenge yet that the team wasn't willing to try to address and overcome.

      Cons

      Being a fast growing and young company there are few processes and a lot of ad-hoc tasks that could be streamlined to save time and resources but that is to be expected with any company at this point in the journey.

      Pros

      Leadership throughout the organization actively listens and responds to employees in genuine, caring, business-supportive and employee-supportive ways. Leaders have clear objectives and align their respective parts of the organizations well. Many opportunities with this company to learn, grow, and contribute!

      Cons

      Locations of plants and corporate offices may not appeal to everyone but they are great locations to those who know these geographies!

      Great colleagues, great environment, great benefits. I've been here for a long time, and while the company has grown a lot, it still has an entrepreneurial feel.

      Cons

      Few advancement opportunities due to small size.
