Pros
If you haven’t considered working for GoGo SqueeZ you should. I was scared to leave my last job and come here but it was the best career choice I have made so far. I enjoy and appreciate the amazing medical benefits, very agreeable PTO, paid holidays, competitive wages, and the stability of the company. However the thing I enjoy most is the quantity of opportunities for advancement within the company. I feel like they have really invested in me as an employee. The GoGo Squeez team cares about quality and making sure we have the tools to do our jobs. They are always training and career pathing us to bigger and better things which is exciting to know you don’t have a glass ceiling. Although the job has definitely challenged me it has also built my confidence with the experience and knowledge I have gained. If you want a company to actually build a career with I would absolutely recommend that you consider GoGo Squeez. I am happy I did.
Cons
I don’t know how to really explain the cons except that people are people and you can’t make everyone happy, but this company does give a solid and honest effort in trying. I don’t know what else you can ask for.
