- Overall the company is dedicated to success - Hourly team members typically able to do “a lot with a little”

- Dedication without basic competence of the industry or leadership lead to a very poor culture - Hourly morale low due to lack of leadership and focus on the development of employees - No development or training at all levels of employment - High turnover, especially in salaried positions - Many initiatives driven from the corporate level in France, without adequate input from the plants

The company, and the people who work here, fit the brand of GoGo squeeZ– positive, honest, trusting, transparent. On my very first day, the CEO Bill walked right up to me, shook my hand, already knew my name, asked me how my first day was going, etc. I was blown away. And that's how everybody is here- super genuine, polite & kind, and we all work hard. There is no one breathing down your neck everyday- you have the freedom to do your job without being micromanaged. You are given trust and responsibility from Day 1. Bonus, the kitchen is always stocked with awesome snacks and beverages, the space is beautiful and the work we do is truly fun. This is an especially great environment for anyone in a creative field, anyone young at heart, or anyone who is a parent. The pay and benefits are also fantastic.

Cons

If you are looking for a rowdy time, a heavy drinking culture, or a glamorous company, this is not really your cup of tea. We are very down to earth, laid back, hard working people who strive to make parent's lives easier and kid's snacking healthier.
