Best benefits of any company I’ve ever worked for

Cons

Unorganized leadership, everyone seems to be on different pages and no set structure. The training program is limited but the culture is even worse. Experienced bullying and racism and HR did nothing to resolve the issue even after being notified by multiple individuals. Really disappointing since the HR team was so great, they just turn a blind eye to bad behavior. New employees were thrown into the fire with an extreme workload and asked to do the work of a senior recruiter but paid as a junior level.
