Pros

Get to ride the tram (it's fun the first few times) Can take your pick from the jobs available

Cons

tram doesn't allow employees to work at different departments (besides janitorial). Hard to work your way up! Problems don't get fixed, no one talks to anyone else. Managers can be manipulative and deceptive. There's a few good ones.

Metro card benefit. HR is trying to have more company get togethers.

Cons

No periodic reviews. Requests for HR information were often lost. Benefits are out of Alaska, expensive with high deductibles and not great coverage. Few company gatherings. It's easy to fall through the cracks and miss information.
