Pros

Most peers are nice and care., free soda and the occasional pizza or cake. Work at home capability. That's about it.

Cons

Low pay, insane hours including nights, weekends and holidays. No raises, no bonuses, no gratitude of any kind other than a random gift card for $50. Horrible health insurance out of Alaska. On massive firing spree of late and good people leaving in droves.

I enjoyed working for this company as a contractor. However, once the government reduction in force started happening, my contract was ended 5 months in advance with no severance or assistance with finding another contract.
