They hire people with no experience, so it's easy to get into the industry through this firm.
Cons
The leadership is laughably bad. The owners are constantly infighting and the staff has to deal with the fallout. The pandemic exposed the incompetence when they laid off 2/3 of the legal and support staff because they missed the federal loan programs available for businesses to take free money. They pinned it all on the managing partner/founder and walked him out the door. Then they went to the press crowing about how the firm is so strong that they deliberately chose to not take free money. The remaining partners are still there and still a mess. The partners at the top have little respect for each other or their staff; if you work here you will get sworn at, screamed at, belittled, and blamed for the partners' incompetence.
