Some very god lawyers, but a rudderless ship

Cons

Managment more concerned about billable hours than people. They sell one thing, but deliver another. Quality of mentoring is very uneven.

Flexible schedule and great PTO.

Cons

Once you have issues, HR will not be on your side or listen. They will guilt trip you, tell you to “figure it out,” and will blame you for issues with staff or your attorney. I quit after 5 month is working there.

Pros

Everyone is equally miserable so you can build a bond over your hatred of working here. Also, there are zero repercussions for doing anything wrong, because no one in charge knows when anything is done right.

Cons

Very few people in charge have any idea what they are doing. The fact that this place is still operating is a miracle.
