Pros
Works well with personal life schedule, especially if you're a student. As a server, there are pros in the customers you meet and the amount of money you make.
Cons
It is hard to find someone to cover your shift and when calling in it's always looked down upon. Also, the managers seem to want the employee to deal with the customer's complaint even if the customer asked for the manager.
