Pros

Occasionally they gave you free food.

Cons

management was awful, scheduling mix ups all the time. The assistant manager would yell to get back to work if you stopped working for two seconds.

Bottom line, competition driven

Pros

Many "from scratch" recipes. High salary

Cons

Tend to follow competition instead of concentrating on what they do well. Cutting labor to increase bottom line sacrifices service to guests, and in the end loses business

Pros

Has a proven business model if they stick to the basics, and not pretend to be a casual diner.

Cons

Worst customer base in the industry. Company trying to compete with the likes of Outback, Applebee's, etc.
