      Tips you bring home and some customers feel like family

      Cons

      Management does not care about about employees. Example: I was in a serious car accident, they showed no concern of how I was doing when I called to let them know. They only cared about getting proof, ambulance transport and hospital proof or as they told me expect to be fired. Treated horribly. Will hire you without letting you know they will be closing in a short time.

      Pros

      Its almost like having a second family. I enjoy the positive work environment with great co-workers and active managers. Its great knowing you are helping to provide quality service, great food, and an overall satisfying experience for every guest.

      Cons

      The only bad side of working in such a great restaurant? It can get very crowded during peak hours, causing a bit more stress than most can handle.
