This has been the best organization I have worked for in my career. The friendly and helpful co-workers and culture make it a great place to come daily. Management is kind and truly cares about leading their people in the right way.

Providing lunch once a month would be a great way to say thank you

Good pay and benefits. Lunches once in a while. I don't know what else but its making me write more.

Cons

Very hard work. Sometimes treated poorly by management. Lot of overtime. Unhappy work place. A lot of gossip. Hardly any raises.

Great pay and benefits. Don't listen to the cry babies, this isn't all that hard and the grocery business has lousy hours,get over it you'll be compensated very well.

Middle mgt could be a little more pro active.
