      Pros

      Good high paying union job. I work in the warehouse as an order selector. Been there 3 years. I guess to appreciate a job, you have to have worked in a lot of different places. Places that make you look at what you have now, and make u say, thank you.

      No cons easiest job I've ever had.

      Great C-Level management team, nice new facility.

      Cons

      The IT Department is in turmoil, they are going through tons of change with their 3rd CIO in 4 years. Employees are getting let go for reasons like, "You are not a good fit for the new organization". So severance pay, no advance warnings. You are walked out without being able to gather your belongings.
