Pros

The people there are super nice. Pay is very competitive. They keep employees up to date in training and on the status of the company. You can get McD stock at a discounted rate.

Cons

Absolutely no work-life balance. Expect 60-80 hour work weeks. I once worked a month there with only 1 day off.

Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive to similar companies and jobs. The chance to make products that you can get when you go to popular fast food restaurants.

Cons

No work/life balance, employees are encouraged to backstab and talk bad about one another to get ahead. Most managers don't know or care about their employees. The only important thing is to sell more cases.
