Growing at hyper-speed is challenging. If you have a fixed mindset, love predictability, idealism and thrive in comfort - this won't be the place for you. However if you have a growth mindset, view failure as part of learning, assume positive intent, set healthy boundaries and are pragmatic you'll thrive.

(Product) Gong isn't the only option out there anymore. While the best option, people aren't going to spend 4x for a few extra bells and whistles. You can't keep blaming the macro economic environment for lost deals to competitors anymore. (People) the other 10% watch out, it's cut throat. New leaders don't know what they are doing, and they arent afraid to throw people under the bus to save themselves. People are getting tired of it and are losing trust in leadership, hence the turnover of senior employees and newer employees.
