Everything is a lie, people act like they care but there is so much favoritism, threats and no balance. Only want to be told everything is perfect, even when things suck. Toxic positivity from some of the worst leadership you will ever see. As long as you agree with them and act like it is fine and suck up, you might do ok, even when nobody is making quota. Just don't ask for help or say the truth...if you do that, they turn on you.

Massive disconnect with executives and the managers, especially around personnel management and care. A bit of hypocrisy when it comes to leveraging the features of our own product. The pitch focuses on being reality driven and scaling top rep behavior but the top performance is largely ignored when it comes to whatever unproven process is chosen for that month and forced down. Focus only on KPIs despite performance and data. If you’re liked by the managers, then you’re fine. End of story. While the top says things and might believe it, at the IC level things are really disingenuous, a bit of a bait snd switch from what people were hired for and a toxic positivity where if you don’t act like you love everything, you are a problem.
