I’m very grateful to have joined this team. The company invests a lot of time in training, which really helped me feel prepared and confident in my role. Everyone I’ve met has been welcoming and supportive, and they truly provide all the resources needed to succeed. It’s a wonderful environment with great people, and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of it.

Cons

One challenge is the long hours, which can make balancing work and home life a bit tricky. However, it’s something I understood when I accepted the role, and since the environment keeps you busy and engaged, the time tends to go by quickly

Cons

You are required to work 6 days a week, 72 hours. You only earn PTO/sick time as if you were working a standard 40 hour work week. Also, your salary so there is no OT for the awful schedule. You’re monitored heavily in the office by cameras everywhere. The managers are sexist and will harass you, share explicit photos of themselves or videos of them their wives. They also require you during training to give them a 5 star Indeed/Glassdoor review. This company is awful.
