Getting paid weekly is a blessing, you don't find many company that pays on a time, or have you wait for your pay.

Cons

Company's turnover is very high, no work/life balance. Salary positions are expected to put in 45-hours a week, no flex hours and work on holidays.

As a driver you’ll have constant work especially cdl driver customers very nice tips generally

Cons

They do the customers so wrong rise prices last minute and hole the customers stuff ransom while your at the customers house and they are in the office and they love to play with your check
