Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at Good Greek Moving and Storage. The company has a fast-paced environment, but it’s clear that hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed. Leadership is hands-on and supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort. The team culture is one of the biggest highlights—everyone works together to get the job done, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie across departments. Communication is consistent, and expectations are clear, which makes it easier to succeed in your role. Compensation is competitive, and there are performance-based incentives that really reward you for going above and beyond. It’s a great place for someone who enjoys a dynamic workplace and wants to be part of a company that’s continuing to grow. Overall, I would definitely recommend Good Greek Moving and Storage to anyone looking for a stable, rewarding career in a team-oriented environment.

Cons

Honestly, there aren’t any major downsides that stand out. Like any fast-growing company, the pace can be demanding at times, and you need to be adaptable and ready to handle a high-energy environment. However, that same fast pace creates opportunities for growth and keeps the work engaging. Overall, any challenges are typical of a company that is expanding and striving for excellence.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros working here

Cons

I would not recommend working here due to several serious employment concerns. Employees are misclassified as independent contractors (1099), meaning no benefits, no tax contributions, and no legal protections, even for full-time labor. In practice, you’re expected to work up to 72 hours per week, on call at all times, using your own car and equipment, while being tracked via company phones. Early in employment, you’re required to spend two weeks at the West Palm office, performing phone work and other tasks that are essentially unpaid, making it feel like free labor. The company operates with a “mob mentality,” and although advertised as owned by a former police officer and supported politically, these claims do not reflect fair or legal employment practices. Overall, this is not a safe or lawful work environment. Misclassification and unpaid labor make it difficult to recommend.
