I love that they are on the verge of expanding to other states across the nation. The people are friendly and communicative and they really stress quality. The coffee machine is excellent

Cons

The work life balance is off. But I’m sure over time that will be corrected.

I’m very grateful to have joined this team. The company invests a lot of time in training, which really helped me feel prepared and confident in my role. Everyone I’ve met has been welcoming and supportive, and they truly provide all the resources needed to succeed. It’s a wonderful environment with great people, and I appreciate the opportunity to be part of it.

Cons

One challenge is the long hours, which can make balancing work and home life a bit tricky. However, it’s something I understood when I accepted the role, and since the environment keeps you busy and engaged, the time tends to go by quickly
