None come to mind. Opportunity to work with sweet clients.

Cons

Terrible benefits, complete hypocrisy on display daily as they make little to no effort at living out their motto. Might as well be Bank of America.

Pros

The floor staff care immensely for the residents and their families. Some of my coworkers have become great friends.

Cons

Staff Moral is extremely negative. Management takes advantage of you and you will never know when you get to go home. Unrealistic expectations. Will work you until you have to quit. Less then average pay.

Short staff, bad attitudes, lack of management involvement for poor employee behaviors, pay raises inadequate with cost of living and hard work and effort, too many bad habits being passed to new employees
