Pros

The residents are the only reason I would recommend working here. Only reason I stayed so long was for the residents.

Cons

Management treats you like garbage. Can't keep an employee. Horrible pay. Horrible teamwork. Bad workers. Many workers could care less about the residents.

Pros

Friendships of some of my coworkers, and their dedication to our residents lives.

Cons

Management is clueless. National Campus sends rude people into our center who are even more clueless. They do nothing to make the problems better, then return to the mother ship (National Campus) and think that they have done something wonderful for us. Trying to push out intelligent seasoned and experienced LPN's for RNs, some of which have less experience, may have book smarts but seem to lack common sense in situations. I guess it's your reputation and legal issues.......
