Pros

Most of the non-management staff have a strong desire to work together as a team to serve the residents. Good work/life balance and PTO accrual is sufficient.

Cons

Directors are constantly back biting and getting involved in drama that doesn't involve them. There is no sense of privacy if you try to resolve an issue. Everyone knows your business. Directors are encouraged to "tell" on employees and then there is no follow up with employees. The Directors are automatically believed, even if they are the ones who caused the problem in the first place. Will not get rid of directors who are known to be the root cause of problems with both staff and residents. Executive Director and Directors do not follow ADA laws for reasonable accommodation. Instead of fixing known problems within the community, they ignore what could make us thrive and focus on the same old process that is failing. Zero room for advancement. Unable to shadow other departments to get a bigger picture.

Pros

For the most part the coworkers are great people to work with and the area and location are great.

Cons

Management passed for employees advice but never use any of it. Seems like management is focused on other things rather then their staff and also the pay could be better.
