      Pros

      The best reason to work at the Good Samaritan Society is to give back to the older generations. Many of them have been through a lot and have seen a lot, it’s nice to know I am able to help them.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, working at a nursing home and with the older generations, they will eventually pass away.

      Nice shift, a paycheck, and some of the residents.

      Cons

      They claim they are the best staffed locations, it's really not. You're always running CONSTANTLY. I used to work at Waconia location and that was way better staffed than New Hope. Confused residents, and not enough aides to do a 1:1. Confused patients had to follow nurses around and hopefully they are okay in their W/C in the hall when we have to go into another room.
