      Pros

      Positive culture among employees and residents alike and a willingness to help each other makes Good Sam a pleasant place to work.

      Cons

      It's been difficult for me to adjust to night hours, but that is not the fault of management or anyone else.

      Pros

      Caring for the residents is what I enjoy the most. This is their home and need to ensure we will assist them any way possible. My co-workers and I work as a team and help each other daily. My supervisor offers me guidance and support in the tasks I complete.

      Cons

      Wages, benefits, lack of care/concern for residents by management, no future for advancement, no annual raise, gaining a bad reputation in the community.
