Night hours 11 to 7am took time to get use to.

We understand night shifts are not for everyone and try to provide flexible schedules to accommodate our employees’ needs. We understand you have a life outside your job and we are glad you enjoyed the people you worked with (whether it was co-workers, or the customers you served).

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. CNAs have a job that’s often unappreciated, but not by the Society. We understand the hours and the career itself can be difficult at times. It’s our priority to make sure we staff appropriately to help alleviate any additional stressors.

The building is nice and I enjoy working with the people in this building.

Cons

I have watched this company change for the worse over the last 13 years and I am saddened for those I will leave behind as this company has given long term care a bad name and has left a bad taste in my mouth.
