      Good company, good position, newly renovated location

      Generically friendly but can be hard environment to fit into as a newcomer. Cliques. High turnover.

      Pros

      The Administration staff was supportive to staff needs and supported me in decisions that had to be made in our office.

      Cons

      Turnaround with Directors was very high, couldn't keep a director in their position what seemed like more than one year if even that. Very high stress level of work, their is a definite need for an Assistant Director which is what I was essentially doing but without the title or the pay. I ran that Dept for years without a Director and things were fine, then another would come in and mess things up again.
