      Pros

      The staff is great, considerate, caring and passionate about their work, the schedule is flexible, lots of hours and great pay, as well as insurance and PTO. The residents are loving and those who are not have reason, its either they are confused or in pain. I enjoyed my 9 years of working there.

      Cons

      No place for part time if you are going to school, and it breaks everyones heart when someone passes away.

      Continuously working from home, hours vary and not consistent, not enough training on computer documentation required for job.

      Pros

      The best management and staff ever. Most organized and best director of nursing I've ever worked for. Great facility. They go the extra mile for their staff and residents.

      Cons

      Needed more staff but all facilities could use more help than they can get due to shortages of available qualified people.
