It is definitely a difficult situation when you are in a situation where you work with less staff then are optimal, it makes maintaining consistent assignments and teamwork difficult. Hopefully even in those difficult times, you felt you were able to make a difference with the residents you served.

Great benefits for executive-level staff (after 3 years of service, especially) Great mission Good goals

Cons

Normal large-company cons: slow moving, lots of red tape to work around, etc.
