Pros

Good Sam currently pays its CNAs extra when we are short staffed, which is HUGE. Pretty good benefits and flexible scheduling. I have requested a schedule change many times because I am in school and I always get the new schedule I need. There are often employee appreciation days where pizza or sandwiches are provided for every shift. They clearly want their staff to be happy.

Cons

Often short-staffed, but that goes along with pretty much any nursing home. Sometimes bad aides are not held accountable for poor care or they have not been trained well enough to know how to provide good care.

Pros

Amazing worker, very good with working with your schedule, pick up hours and extra paying, they pay for your CNA and let you work as a NA till you get your CNA.

Cons

Likes to take advantage on workers who don't say no for picking up hours, some likes to play favoriteism
