10yIn providing resources to over 230 locations, and multiple service lines there is a tendency to consider how changes impact so many areas. While perhaps not quick, the focus is strategic, and does involve making sure that changes that will impact people (more than 23000 employees, and not counting the customers we serve) are well thought out prior to action being taken for the entire company. We have exciting projects happening and there are certainly opportunities to continue to use your talents now and into the future. So glad to hear that you are experiencing the mission that is at the heart of what we do.
