I worked here part time while I was a student, and my supervisors were flexible, collaborating with me to work with my school schedule. Easy to pick up extra shifts.

Cons

Facility was not always clean. We constantly dealt with a severe lack of staffing, with high patient load. We got involuntarily floated to other wings.

Residents are the only thing its that bad!!! Mgmt company and the other besides floor workers are ridiculously horrible

Cons

Everything except the residents, truly it is !!! Cannot phathom people really living independent on this pay.

There are none at this time, although I think theres issues that come up, on any given day, but are handled quickly by mgmt. open door policy for problems, great
