10yThank you for providing your comments about the company. Each location can be so different, yet our goal is to provide high quality care to the seniors in that community. I am pleased to hear that some leadership issues were resolved and perhaps the new leadership focus will continue to build on the desired outcomes towards the seniors that receive care.

10yIt is definitely a difficult situation when you are in a situation where you work with less staff then are optimal, it makes maintaining consistent assignments and teamwork difficult. Hopefully even in those difficult times, you felt you were able to make a difference with the residents you served.
