I've been working in IT for almost 20 years and GSS is the best place I've ever worked. They allow you the freedom to grow personally, professionally and spiritually.

Cons

GSS does NOT pay competitive salaries within the IT Departments.

Loved the residents I worked with. Very flexible schedule. Good job to have in high school. Nice benefits.

Cons

Never saw my boss, co-workers were often rude and put their work on you. Had to attend in-services that did not pertain to my work at all.
