      Pros

      I worked at the Fort Collins location as a CNA in skilled nursing. If you want to help people, this is the work to do.

      Cons

      Terrible bosses. They talk big when they interview you, then seemingly immediately forget your name. They blatantly do not care about the residents. Staffing was constantly short, which made the level of care we could provide absolutely awful.

      Pros

      There was always training to do on the computer. Benefits are fair.

      Cons

      The pay is really low. McDonald's pays better. There needs to be better orientation. I hated that overtime is mandatory. It is hard to get any time off.
