Thank you for the many years of service you provided at National Campus in serving our various field locations. Your mention of the mission, and desire and passion of staff to serve those who work in providing the direct care to our senior population really can be applauded. I also appreciate your comments about identifying our strategies, and making those changes happen and directing resources. The full executive leadership team has been in place for less than a year and they have acknowledged that directed efforts are needed to fulfill the growth strategies desired.

Wish CNA's could get paid better or have some type of bonus pay such as 25$ extra when coming in on their off day.
