Pros

Ovwertime shifts available every week. The residents were amazing. The rehab patients could be a little demanding. Other than cliques and preferrential treatment for some CNAs (which you would find in any workplace) my experience was mostly positive.

Cons

There is some pressure to work more hours than you want. Saying "no" is negative and can result in censure. Due to the fact that Good Sams has a lower wage offering and benefits that require either a higher deductible or a downgrade in health insurance makes it that much more difficult.
