Pros

Retention of staff is very high, Supportive management and peers, fulfilling work environment, spiritually-based but not forced, flexibility and honesty are important, patience and determination is needed, Good Sam makes sure all communities really adhere to their high standards even if it's not a requirement from the state

Cons

Technologically very behind, most staff have worked there a number of years and may have issues with change and new ideas, pay is not great remember it's a non-profit, working with seniors does have its headaches but patience is key

Not worth the time

Pros

Taking care of patients is the only positive here as they are not employee friendly.

Cons

Management lacks compassion, overall lack of regard for rules and state regulations. Hires way to many teenagers who are only there for the money and treat patients and co-workers poorly.
