      HORRIBLE Management, Patients Treated Poorly

      Pros

      It is easier than working at the hospital, because all we did was pass meds and do reports.

      Cons

      CNAs can't be relied on to take proper care of the patients, so the nurses are being called by patients and residents to have their needs met. CNAs are lazy, gossip, text on duty, start arguments with patients and residents. The DON stays in her office and wants no one to rock the boat. The Director can only be seen when it's showtime for the state auditors. I would rather work at the hospital than at this place, because the morale and the leadership are so poor here.

      discounts to stores are nice.

      Cons

      Constantly short on staff due to DON and manager skills. Headquarters/managers did not care about employees, only profit. Floor staff cut extremely short, causing poor care to the clients. Low pay. Constant double shifts due to people quitting. Difficulty having family time due to this. Also, never knew what the rules were as thing kept changing daily (especially scheduling and no time off requests allowed)
