Pros

The staff and residents are wonderful to work with. The administration is pretty good about giving time off when needed.

Cons

The administration is far more concerned about making money than resident care. The facility is severely understaffed, especially the memory care unit.

Pros

It is a wonderful feeling knowing you can help someone with the things they can no longer do themselves. They appreciate everything we do and it doesn't take words to know how they feel, because you can tell by certain expressions on their faces or they have a type of body movement or language and it is just something that makes you feel good and worth being there!

Cons

The only problem I have ran into is with scheduling other then that I honestly have no complaints!

Pros

The residents and their families are exceptional and are wonderful to work with. The hours tend to be flexible and there are always open hours to pick up.

Cons

The higher up management was not able to run the nursing home effectively, causing the workers underneath to doubt the management and its ability to give quality care to the residents.
