      Had corporate guidance, high profits so gave more to staff than most places.

      Cons

      Management didn't have any back bone. Didn't deal with problems proactively, no room to grow at facility

      Pros

      They let you work independently. Flexible hours. Decent DON. Large sign on bonuses.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits, work holidays and every other weekend. Concerns are not taken care of. Frequently short staffed, especially on evenings. Average pay. More and more benefits get taken away i.e. no more holidays bonuses. Unfriendly office management.

      Slow pay raises. Occasional personal life intrusion. Inability to fill staff positions required many to work unsafe number of days consecutively.
