      Not bad place to work, seems like they care

      Pros

      For the most part the coworkers are great people to work with and the area and location are great.

      Cons

      Management passed for employees advice but never use any of it. Seems like management is focused on other things rather then their staff and also the pay could be better.

      Work Experience as a CNA

      Pros

      The co-workers where very nice and helpful whenever you needed their help. The pay is really good. From time to time, fun activities take place for the residents and the staff.

      Cons

      The facility was understaffed with CNA's and burn out was common for the workers with no help. The managers seldom communicate with the employees. The computers that are being used are barely functioning.

      Pros

      Great residents and families. Some nice employees.

      Cons

      Administrators of the facility are not trained well and lack the ability to run a good business and make good decisions. They are often hired very young in their 20s and have no experience. They are lucky if they have a college degree from a bad university!
